Inspired by our performance running archive, we've updated Shigeyuki Mitsui's 1995 iteration of the GEL-MC PLUS™ shoe with the tooling from the GEL-CUMULUS™ 17 running shoe to form the HS2-S GEL-MC PLUS™ sneaker. Channeling details that reference the ASICS wrestling shoe range, we also reworked a series of components from the GEL-KAYANO™ 14 midfoot and heel to assemble the upper. Additionally, the HS2-S GEL-MC PLUS™ sneaker modifies the original midsole construction with performance tooling to unify the shoe's retro meets modern design approach.
